Payment Process:

  • When the package is confirmed then 50% of the amount should be transferred in the bank account to confirm the booking.
  • At the day of arrival to Andaman the rest 50% of the amount of the package to be paid so as to continue the tour.

Cancellation charges and refund policy for full or partial cancellation of services.

  • There will be no cancellation charges for cancellation of any reservation before 30 days of commencement of service.
  • There will be cancellation charges of 50% of the total amount to be paid for the service, for cancellation of any reservation between 15 to 30 days of commencement of service.
  • There will be cancellation charges of 75% of the total amount to be paid for the service, for cancellation of any reservation between 7 to 15 days of commencement of service
  • There will be cancellation charges of 100% of the total amount to be paid for the service, for cancellation of any reservation between 0 to 7 days of commencement of service.

In addition to the above cancellation charges, you may be subjected to cancellation policy of the suppliers/ vendors applicable to your particular arrangements.

All refunds will be processed within but not limited to 30 days of cancellation of service, the refunds will be provided by whatever means feasible to Andaman Rosalia Travels.
